Check an Aletheia Verification Packet
Every Aletheia Verification Packet carries a report ID and a QR code. Enter the ID, or scan the code, to see the record Olympus Legal Systems keeps for that packet and to check that your copy has not been altered.
What the record shows
The record shows the report’s status, when it was issued and finalised, which build of the verifier produced it, the number of pages in the PDF edition, and a fingerprint of each edition that was delivered.
What the record never shows
The public record holds no document text, no party or case names and no client information. It cannot tell you what a packet says; it tells you whether the packet in front of you is the one that was issued, and whether it still stands.
Statuses
| Not yet finalised | A verification run was opened under this ID, but no packet has been finalised. |

| Certified | The verification run completed and the packet’s certification was issued. The certification statement in the packet sets out exactly what was checked. |
| Review copy – certification withheld | The packet was issued as a review copy. Its certification was withheld, and the packet states why. |
| Demonstration – not a certification | This record belongs to a demonstration run on public sample documents. It certifies nothing. |
| Superseded | A later report replaces this one. Rely on the later report. |
| Revoked | Olympus Legal Systems has withdrawn this report. Do not rely on it. |
